Senior DevOps Engineer – IAM & Cloud Infrastructure

As a Senior DevOps Engineer – IAM & Cloud Infrastructure, you will be working for our client, a global leader in digital security and identity management. You will contribute to a multi-year transformational programme redefining enterprise IAM capabilities, automating deployment, and ensuring security across Cloud and on-prem environments. This role offers a unique chance to impact large-scale security infrastructure while advancing your expertise in DevOps, IaC, and cloud-native technologies.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM components, microservices, and integrations to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
• Automate testing, security scans, and deployment processes to support continuous delivery across development, testing, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for deploying IAM infrastructure, policies, and supporting platforms.
• Ensure consistency and compliance of environments with architectural standards through automation and scripting.
• Manage containerization, Kubernetes deployments, service mesh integrations, and secrets management for IAM workloads.
• Embed security practices into build and deployment processes, including vulnerability scanning and secrets detection.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to uphold Zero Trust principles and IAM security policies.
• Document pipelines, IaC configurations, deployment patterns, and operational procedures comprehensively.
• Support and optimize cloud-native Platforms such as GKE, serverless environments, and microservices architectures.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or relevant roles.
• Strong expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm/Kustomize, GKE.
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines with modern tools and practices.
• Knowledge of data streaming infra (Kafka, PubSub), graph platform engineering, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with platform security, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Sound understanding of Privileged Access Management and IAM security principles.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and documentation capabilities.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Neo4j, data residency considerations, and regional deployment strategies.
• Experience with network security, conditional access, and compliance frameworks.
• Certifications in DevOps, Cloud platforms, or Security.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English (good command).
