As a Business Process Automation Specialist – BPMS and Banking Solutions, you will be working for our client, a leading innovator in online banking services. Your role focuses on developing and optimizing business process automation using BPMS platforms, directly impacting the efficiency and digital evolution of banking operations. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and configure business processes on the BPMS platform to streamline banking operations
• Optimize existing workflows to enhance performance and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain print templates utilizing XML and XSLT technologies
• Deliver software solutions following the Software Development Life Cycle best practices
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process automation and platform integration
• Support the deployment of new features and process enhancements
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in business process automation or BPMS roles
• Hands-on experience with BPMS platforms such as Ferryt, Camunda, or similar
• Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with BPMN and UML notation
• Practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, HTML, and CSS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to optimize and enhance business processes
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration capabilities
• English proficiency at a communicative level
• Proactive, creative, and highly engaged attitude

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with SQL and database management
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and Design Thinking approaches
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology
• Experience with tools like Splunk and Jira
• Understanding of banking products, including accounts and loans for retail and business clients

Language Required for the role:

• Polish — good command required
• English — communicative level
