Empower Data-Driven Innovation — Shape the Future of Quantum Technologies!

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 4 remote days/week).

As a Senior Cyber Analytics & MI Lead – Quantum Technologies, you will be working for our client, a leader in advanced cybersecurity and quantum-safe program delivery. You will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing management information and analytics solutions that underpin complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives in the cyber and quantum space. Contribute to cutting-edge projects that drive organizational resilience and technological innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain KPI frameworks across multiple execution workstreams, including metric definitions, calculation logic, thresholds, and ownership.
  • Design standard reporting packages and dashboards tailored to different audiences, including leadership and governance forums.
  • Establish a "single version of the truth" for programme performance reporting by defining clear data sources, data lineage, controls, and documentation.
  • Partner with data owners to address data gaps, enhance data quality, and standardize inputs across teams and systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and analytics products to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to support prioritization, sequencing, and risk mitigation decisions.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and repeatability.
  • Present MI insights to senior stakeholders with clear visuals and narratives, enabling swift and informed decision-making.
  • Continuously improve KPI design, reporting usability, and stakeholder engagement based on feedback and evolving programme dynamics.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in leading MI, analytics, or reporting for complex, multi-workstream technology or cyber programmes.
  • Strong proficiency in defining meaningful KPIs and metrics, including data governance and assurance processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Proven dashboarding and enterprise BI/reporting experience, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar, alongside advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with delivery tools and data sources like JIRA, telemetry, and inventory/discovery outputs.
  • Capable of managing reporting cadences and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Experience in cybersecurity analytics, cyber risk MI, or technology risk reporting.
  • Familiarity with quantum-safe / PQC programme concepts and their delivery implications.
  • Experience operating within federated and global delivery structures, with the ability to consolidate data inputs into coherent reports.
  • Prior experience within highly regulated financial institutions or similar environments.

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Eligibility for the role:

  • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.
