Location & Work Model
Wroclaw-based opportunity with remote work model (up to 5 days per week).
As a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the banking and regulated financial services sector, dedicated to safeguarding electronic transactions and fortifying anti-fraud defenses. You will spearhead critical cybersecurity programs that influence bank-wide policies and operations, fostering trust and operational resilience through strategic project delivery. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead strategic cybersecurity projects with bank-wide impact, focusing on electronic transaction security and fraud prevention.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and ensure compliance with governance and control processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for Steering Committees, Risk Committees, and Management Boards.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery in security and anti-fraud domains, ensuring measurable risk reduction.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and executive-level discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Manage vendors through all project phases, including RFPs, negotiations, SLA oversight, and quality assurance.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance projects.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects within anti-fraud or electronic transaction security.
- Background in a banking or regulated sector (finance, insurance, etc.).
- Strong project and program management skills, team leadership, and portfolio coordination.
- Hands-on experience with WBS, project timelines, JIRA, MS Project, and familiarity with SCRUM.
- One of the following project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or SAFe.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Practical experience working within Agile delivery models.
- Experience managing hardware/software and infrastructure during project execution.
- Skills in designing operational or delivery scenarios.

- Polish: Fluent (C1)
- English: Fluent
