Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop Looker reports aligned with business requirements, utilizing data pipelines automated via Airflow.
  • Ensure cost-efficient, high-performance data processing and storage solutions.
  • Integrate backend systems with front-end applications while maintaining strict security, authorization, and authentication standards.
  • Create data pipelines for seamless data movement between on-premises systems and GCP using Juniper.
  • Develop cloud-native, highly performant decisioning applications on GKE.
  • Utilize GCP-managed services like Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub for real-time data updates and integration.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to streamline deployment workflows.
  • Maintain coding best practices, quality standards, and security protocols across all projects.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with GCP native storage and processing systems such as BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and GCP buckets.
  • Proven expertise in designing scalable storage solutions for SQL and NoSQL databases considering costs, volume, retention, and backup strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP services including Cloud Composer, Dataflow, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and error log sinks.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Cloud Build, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of site reliability engineering (SRE) principles.
  • Exposure to code quality/security tools like SonarQube, CyberFlow, and Jenkins.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience in analytics and decisioning platforms.
  • Knowledge of ML pipelines using Vertex AI, JupyterLab.
  • Domain experience in banking, credit lending, or decisioning.
  • End-to-end support experience in production environments.
  • Performance tuning skills for highly available cloud systems.

Language Required for the role:
