As a Senior Vendor Manager – Technology & Infrastructure, you will be working for a leading international financial institution, supporting enterprise infrastructure vendors within a dynamic COO environment. You will lead end-to-end contract management, negotiating complex agreements, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across 35+ countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape supplier strategies, optimize costs, and contribute to critical infrastructure projects on a global scale, fueling career growth and innovation.
Your main responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the contracts calendar, ensuring timely renewals and actions.
- Manage a central repository for all signed agreements, keeping it current and structured.
- Create and update contract maps for complex contract stacks involving MSAs, amendments, call-offs, and SOWs.
- Support negotiations on pricing, licensing, SLAs, and legal terms with strategic vendors.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, and risk teams to conduct pre-contract risk assessments.
- Drive vendor negotiations to achieve favorable commercial outcomes and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate renewal activities, including demand collection, quoting, and progress tracking.
- Maintain ongoing supplier dialogue on commercials, opportunities, and risks.
- Contribute insights to Supplier Business Reviews, highlighting SLAs, incident reports, and delivery performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in vendor management processes.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of procurement and vendor management experience in technology or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven expertise supporting or negotiating complex agreements (MSA, amendments, call-offs, SOWs).
- Strong familiarity with procurement/vendor tools and processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technology, procurement, legal, and operations teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple renewal cycles simultaneously.
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel; able to articulate commercial insights clearly.
- Confident in managing vendor meetings and driving actions to closure.
- Business-level fluency in English.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in procurement or vendor management.
- Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments.
- Knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems.
