As a Senior Business & System IT Analyst – Banking Expertise, you will be working for our client, a leading institution in the banking industry. You will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, supporting the development and enhancement of advanced banking systems and processes. Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key bank departments to analyze requirements and support users during the definition of business needs.
- Independently manage assigned analytical topics and workflows, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
- Create functional and system solutions, including process design, user interface mockups, and business rule modeling.
- Participate in technical solution design, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Support users during testing phases and coordinate the implementation process.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners within Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in system analysis within the banking or financial sector.
- Proven skills in analyzing client needs and translating them into detailed functional specifications.
- Practical knowledge of integration concepts (SOA, Web Services, REST) and tools like SOAP UI or Postman.
- Experience designing microservices and documenting REST APIs with Swagger/YAML.
- Strong system modeling skills and proficiency in UML.
- Good command of SQL and understanding of distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with credit processes or banking operations is a strong plus.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience specifically in credit analysis or banking process redesign.
- Certifications related to system architecture or banking.
Language Required for the role:
- Polish: Fluent (bilingual proficiency)
- English: Communicative (written and spoken)
