As a Junior Software QA Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading innovator in the technology sector dedicated to delivering top-tier software solutions. You will support the creation of reliable, high-quality applications by conducting thorough testing and ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards. This role offers a unique chance to grow within a dynamic environment committed to technological excellence and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Execute detailed test plans and scripts derived from functional requirements and specifications to ensure software quality.
  • Thoroughly test complex software applications to identify, document, and resolve defects prior to deployment.
  • Document testing procedures and results, providing clear reports for technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop improvements to existing testing procedures and contribute to the evolution of quality assurance standards.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Perform workflow analysis and recommend process optimizations to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay proactive in learning new testing tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies to support continuous quality improvements.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
  • Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptability to change and enthusiasm for implementing new testing technologies and procedures.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of automation testing tools or scripting languages.
  • Certifications related to quality assurance or software testing.

Language required for the role:

  • Fluent English
