Senior Test Engineer – Banking Digital Transformation

As a Senior Test Engineer – Banking Digital Transformation, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to innovative digital solutions. You will contribute to a large-scale initiative aimed at streamlining banking processes and enhancing customer experiences. Your main responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive test plans aligned with project goals
• Automate test cases based on predefined test plans
• Conduct manual functional, acceptance, and integration testing
• Analyze system behavior and business processes using BPMN and UML
• Investigate and verify issues through log analysis
• Perform system analysis to understand and validate technical flows
• Collaborate with development and business teams for defect resolution
• Participate proactively in Scrum, cross-Scrum, and Chapter meetings
• Document test results and ensure traceability
• Ensure systems are aligned with Ferryt process requirements

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience conducting manual tests across various testing levels
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Familiarity with system analysis using BPMN and UML
• Ability to identify and document bugs based on log analysis
• Good communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Proven experience working in Agile methodologies
• Proactiveness in team ceremonies and inter-team collaboration
• Understanding of Ferryt processes in a banking context
• Focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certification in ISTQB or similar
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or similar
