As a Mid-Level Applications Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the technology and systems management sector. You will contribute to delivering robust, secure, and scalable IT solutions that support critical business operations, fostering innovation and operational resilience across enterprise environments. Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise systems, ensuring seamless application lifecycle management, deployments, updates, and vulnerability patching.
• Administer Windows Server environments, ensuring stability and security.
• Utilize tools such as Azure, SCCM, Tenable, SQL Server, AD, Citrix, and VPN to optimize and troubleshoot infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain identity management solutions, including MS 365, MS AD, and Entra ID.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and ensure high service delivery standards in line with ITIL practices.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell to maximize efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system resilience and performance.
• Support and contribute to IT projects supporting organizational growth and digital transformation initiatives.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration and application support.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Proficiency with Azure, SCCM, SQL Server, and PowerShell.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and IT service delivery.
• Good command of English and Polish language skills.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in Microsoft or Azure solutions.
• Experience with Cisco and VPN technologies.
