As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution renowned for its innovative digital services, operating within the Cybersecurity Assessment and Testing function. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive process improvements within an Agile, DevSecOps software delivery environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Defining user stories and translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to foster effective collaboration
• Managing product backlogs and defining clear acceptance criteria
• Obtaining cross-team consensus to drive progress towards project goals
• Providing support during testing and implementation phases
• Managing queries and engagements from various stakeholders and teams
• Provide support during the testing and implementation phases of projects

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile Software Development team
• 3+ years of experience designing manual testing for web applications and REST APIs
• Proficiency in Agile software development and DevSecOps delivery processes (Jira, Confluence, Git)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage workshops independently
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience delivering process flow diagrams and process improvements
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Scanning and application security scanning tools (SAST, MAST, DAST etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as SAFe Scrum
• IIBA certification (ECBA/CBAP/CCBA) and experience with UML diagrams
• Experience with API development and familiarity with REST and HTTP protocols
• Experience with Gherkin syntax Experience as a performance engineer
• Experience using Microsoft SQL
• Experience with API development and familiarity with REST and HTTP protocols
• Ability to identify exceptions in application logs and perform an initial triage for managing bugs and tests
• Experience working with Cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc)
• Experience working with QTest/Tricentis tools
• Familiar with Governance, Risk & Compliance processes
