Lead Financial Controls for Global Success!

Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work 40% remotely!

As a Business Analyst, you will join the Data & Technology team within the Enterprise Risk Management organisation of our client –  one of the largest private bank in the world. The client has identified a gap in the documentation of data lineage and controls across all its applications. The goal is to ensure that all critical data elements can be traced across all key business reports starting with the BCBS reports. There is also the ask to ensure and enforce minimum controls across all applications using the 14 data quality minimum required control (DQMRC) as a benchmark to assess and plan for remediation.

Your main responsibilities: Supporting the Credit Risk D&T Team with alignment to CDGP Policy activities

  • Analysing current controls across all 14+ modules within Risk Credit
  • Identifying and establishing data ownership with Business/Risk contacts
  • Collaborating with Technology, data governance team to establish the state of affair with Risk Credit
  • Documenting all identified gaps
  • Creating a comprehensive remediation plan across all modules in scope
  • Capturing requirements for embedding the required controls in our BAU process around requirements intake and general implementation considerations

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Business Analysis experience in documentation of requirements
  • Experience in planning, directing, coordination and support of CO deliverables under Credit Risk Data and Technology Team
  • Ability to manage a group of junior analysts within the team and work collaboratively with to achieve desired goal
  • Ability to get work done without have direct management responsibilities
  • Ability to delegate but take responsibility for overall progress reporting

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Exposure to Collibra
  • Comfort in creating Remediation plans and project management skills
  • Experience managing a multifunctional team and work across functional areas
  • Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Experience with demonstrating business case development
