Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely!

As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity and promoting awareness across its organization. You will play a vital role in supporting the Cybersecurity Education and Awareness team by managing requirements, facilitating user acceptance testing, and overseeing implementation activities. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that business needs are effectively translated into functional requirements while maintaining the integrity of data and information management.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing requirements, design, change management, and implementation activities
  • Translating business requirements into detailed functional requirements and designs
  • Producing updated operational processes to support new features and tools
  • Re-engineering and optimizing existing processes for efficiency
  • Leading user acceptance testing, documenting results, and providing recommendations
  • Supporting the delivery and implementation of technology change projects
  • Conducting data analysis and collaborating with stakeholders for informed decision-making
  • Engaging with cybersecurity peers to exchange knowledge and enhance activities
  • Maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the cybersecurity function

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and business transformation frameworks
  • Experience in gathering requirements and process re-engineering
  • Fluent English
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Exposure to change implementation activities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive and responsible approach to work and personal development
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Understanding of Financial Institutions structures and processes
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques
  • Experience in conducting face-to-face presentations
  • Awareness of the principles of effective communication
