As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in finance transformation. You will contribute to enhancing and simplifying the Product Control function, supporting process improvements, and implementing advanced technology solutions. Collaborating with finance, IT, and business teams, your role will focus on delivering high-quality business analysis, ensuring compliance with best practices, and meeting critical deadlines. You will play a key role in bridging technical and business requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your main responsibilities: Producing high-quality project analysis, including data, process mapping, and benefit validation

  • Collaborating with Product Control and IT teams to document and assess change impacts
  • Supporting system testing and ensuring Finance requirements are adequately tested
  • Coordinating and managing Finance components of User Acceptance Testing
  • Creating clear, detailed documentation for processes, changes, and project outcomes
  • Providing accurate data analysis to support decision-making and compliance
  • Assisting in the design and testing of solutions to meet confirmed requirements
  • Maintaining documentation for training and operational handover post-implementation
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including business and IT teams
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of Global Market Products and their financial implications
  • Experience in project delivery and working within project teams for at least two years
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle and frameworks for business transformation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear project artefacts
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
  • Self-motivation and a proven ability to learn rapidly in changing environments
  • Focus on delivery, ensuring tasks are completed to high-quality standards and on time
  • A collaborative mindset, building relationships and influencing stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Qualifications in project management or related methodologies
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and internal control frameworks
  • Knowledge of accounting practices or accounting qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex finance-related transformation projects
