Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 75% remote

As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution committed to fostering a data-driven culture through enhanced governance, automation, and analytics. You will play a key role in designing and implementing process governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and streamlining workflows. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and business architecture will support the deployment of strategic platforms that enhance data transparency, risk management, and operational efficiency. This position provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets, drive impactful change, and contribute to a high-profile program dedicated to optimizing business processes and controls.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to align project deliveries with the overall strategy
  • Leading requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and process analysis
  • Documenting business requirements and maintaining an organized backlog
  • Working closely with Solution Architects and IT teams to support technical analysis and solution design
  • Coordinating and tracking testing outcomes to ensure quality assurance
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across multiple markets and business lines
  • Supporting the deployment of the Business Architecture Platform within the Client’s Change Framework
  • Driving the automation of training and attestation workflows to enhance governance and compliance
  • Contributing to the development of an integrated ecosystem for process and catalog management
  • Ensuring best practices in change management and adoption across the business analyst community

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a global financial institution
  • Strong process analysis and mapping skills within large-scale transformation projects
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, with strong communication skills at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, and data visualization
  • Understanding of regulatory processes and compliance frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to drive data-led decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in automating business processes and governance workflows
  • Knowledge of financial institutions and their operational structures

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Agile certification(s) such as SAFe or equivalent
  • Familiarity with financial institution standards, processes, and change management frameworks
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of data governance, risk management, and control frameworks
