As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, undertaking analysis activities for various projects, programs, or value streams. You may work across different areas of the organization, from projects to established BAU teams, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gathering, translating, and clarifying business requirements
• Assisting with the translation of business requirements into functional specifications
• Capturing and documenting business processes
• Creating analyses of customer journeys and product functionality
• Supporting subject matter experts in defining solution options
• Participating in change management activities
• Providing administrative support to Product Owners
• Assisting in solution implementation activities
• Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
• Managing requirements life-cycle from inception to retirement

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in Agile engineering practices (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience)
• Proficiency in DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins and Ansible
• Understanding of risk management principles in a banking context
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience in the financial industry
• Certification in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
