As a Business Manager you will be working for our client, a global financial services organization supporting a wide-reaching digital and workforce transformation within their Wealth and Personal Banking Technology (WPB Tech) department. You are playing a pivotal role in workforce planning and data analysis, helping shape and execute strategic workforce initiatives. You are engaging with internal and external stakeholders, aligning global hiring and vendor strategies, ensuring data quality, and supporting regional operations. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about operational excellence, has advanced Excel skills, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities:Supporting the execution of global workforce plans in line with strategic goals
- Managing headcount and resource demand with internal teams and vendors
- Ensuring high-quality data alignment across systems like Pioneer, Clarity, Fieldglass, and MyTRM
- Preparing accurate, insightful reports using advanced Excel and analytical tools
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to align workforce strategy and provide business updates
- Coordinating HR-related activities, including recruitment and performance processes
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and promoting financial discipline across teams
- Collaborating with regional teams to support workforce transformation initiatives
- Driving operational compliance and ensuring adherence to the HR and vendor strategy
- Creating clear presentations to communicate complex data and insights
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proven experience in business or workforce management roles
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience managing complex reporting and operational dashboards
- Ability to engage and align with senior stakeholders and global teams
- Knowledge of workforce systems such as Clarity, Fieldglass, MyTRM, and Pioneer
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across departments
- Passion for generating high-quality, actionable reports
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in financial services or technology-driven organizations
- Familiarity with vendor management processes and third-party resource planning
- Background in driving or supporting transformation programs
