We are seeking a seasoned Tech Chapter Lead to spearhead the digital transformation journey of our Client. You will lead a high-performing team of skilled professionals to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for your chapter, fostering a culture of innovation, and delivering impactful solutions.

Your main responsibilities: Lead the digital transformation and develop innovative solutions.

• Develop and execute the chapter’s strategic vision, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the entire development process.
• Design software architecture and cloud infrastructure
• Provide true advisory on technical solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of talented individuals.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality digital products and services
• Leverage agile methodologies and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to drive business value.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement robust technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within the financial sector.
• Experience with scaling agile practices within large organizations (tribes, chapters, squads, guilds).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for technology and innovation.
