As a Corporate Actions Project Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global investment bank serving millions of customers worldwide.
You will be part of a team focused on delivering scalable business solutions for global corporate actions within market data operations for funds. In this role, you will contribute to process analysis, solution design, and change management, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients to optimize operational workflows and drive impactful change in the investment industry.
Your main responsibilities: Perform process analysis and design solutions in response to client or operational needs
- Deliver business requirements, prepare testing plans, and execute/oversee testing
- Cooperate closely with business stakeholders, Product, and Technology partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Take proactive actions to minimize and mitigate implementation and project risks
- Challenge the status quo and display innovation in coming up with solutions
- Perform root cause analysis of common operational problems
- Contribute to the onboarding and change of processes and operational workflows for internal and client-driven projects
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure high-quality documentation of processes, requirements, and outcomes
- Assist in the preparation of reporting materials for senior management and stakeholders
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Project Analyst or Business Analyst in Change/Operations/Corporate Actions
- Experience working with asset management clients on investment fund vehicles (e.g., OEICS, Segregated) or Securities Services operations
- A thorough understanding of financial markets and corporate actions processes
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- The ability to step into project management when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
- Experience with testing plans, requirements gathering, and execution
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
