As a Cybersecurity Business Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution operating in Poland. Your role involves providing essential services to support various cybersecurity functions within the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end non-perm recruitment processes for all Cybersecurity teams, including negotiations with Vendors and Agencies (data maintenance in vendor recruitment system, raising requisition requests, providing agencies with detailed job requirements, consulting potential candidates’ profiles with agencies representatives, setting up interviews and obtaining interview feedback from managers and sharing it with agencies, overseeing offering process)
  • Hosting and facilitating weekly meetings with vendors, maintaining action logs
  • Supporting onboarding and off-boarding of regional resources, including conducting exit interviews
  • Coordinating reporting finalization to ensure timely delivery of reports
  • Resolving day-to-day queries from various departments and colleagues
  • Participating in workforce management activities within Cybersecurity
  • Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
  • Overseeing office management for the department
  • Handling administrative tasks such as mandatory training completion and equipment requests
  • Collaborating on events and branding to enhance Client’s presence in the local market and cybersecurity conferences
  • Building relationships with local schools and universities and contributing to Cyber People Initiatives

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Understanding of recruitment processes in complex organizations, with previous experience in IT recruitment preferred
  • Experience in fast-moving corporate environments, adept at multitasking and adapting to change
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to queries promptly while maintaining high-quality output
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and familiarity with global financial services business models and compliance regulations
  • Experience in managing relationships with third parties, vendors, and contractors
  • Proficiency in providing materials to senior executives, boards, and regulators
  • Ability to manage large networks of stakeholders at various levels of seniority
  • Project management skills and experience are advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with regional compliance regulations and laws
  • Experience in dealing with expenses and consultancy firms
