As a Cybersecurity Metrics QA Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution. The Cybersecurity MI Reporting team is responsible for reporting Cybersecurity Metrics across all levels of the organization, collaborating closely with the Advanced Analytics team for automation efforts, and providing executive dashboards.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Designing, building, delivering, and maintaining multiple MI report products for key Cybersecurity stakeholders
  • Acting as a liaison between Cybersecurity control owners and the business to ensure effective reporting on controls
  • Building and maintaining a Cybersecurity MI knowledgebase on key controls information and data documentation
  • Coordinating the daily work and quality assurance of the MI team
  • Mentoring junior team members on best practices and improving overall team performance
  • Providing consistent commentary on cybersecurity themes across the group, aligning metrics with business priorities
  • Supporting Group Risk Appetite Measurement

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • A background in Cybersecurity with experience in areas such as Cybersecurity Operations, Vulnerability Management, or Threat Intelligence
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts including threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management metrics
  • Familiarity with the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) is beneficial
  • Experience in building and maintaining reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or PowerBI/Tableau
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with Excel macros and advanced formulas
  • Experience in project management to organize and maintain workflow
  • Reporting experience or Cybersecurity reporting experience
  • Team-oriented mentality combined with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including being influential, credible, and persuasive
