Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

As a Delivery Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undergoing a large-scale transformation program. You will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional initiatives within the Data and Analytics Office, ensuring projects adhere to strategic goals and governance standards. This role is focused on delivering complex data change initiatives, managing teams, and partnering with senior stakeholders across regions to drive successful outcomes. You will lead initiatives that enhance data management capabilities and ensure robust delivery of enterprise-wide change programs.

Your main responsibilities:Leading the delivery of data change initiatives aligned with strategic priorities

  • Partnering with Scrum Masters to drive Agile ceremonies and delivery discipline
  • Overseeing enterprise data modelling resources and ensuring progress against objectives
  • Influencing project approaches and gaining stakeholder alignment on plans and changes
  • Establishing and maintaining project governance in line with internal frameworks
  • Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and escalating where necessary
  • Ensuring tracking of updates and progress reporting for leadership visibility
  • Supervising cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery
  • Collaborating across business functions and markets to ensure alignment and integration
  • Providing leadership that drives high performance and accountability

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering complex data or change programs
  • Deep understanding of data management principles and enterprise data models
  • Strong experience working within Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships across geographies
  • Strong decision-making capabilities with a focus on strategic alignment
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting and performance tracking
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization and navigate complexity
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working within governance and regulatory environments

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of enterprise logical data modelling and metadata management
  • Familiarity with DAO strategy and cross-functional portfolio management
  • Background in risk, finance, or regulatory reporting functions
  • Experience leading initiatives involving data architecture or lineage
  • Understanding of SAFe or scaled agile frameworks
  • Exposure to change communications and stakeholder engagement best practices
  • Strong problem-solving orientation with a delivery focus
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Clarity
  • Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
