DevOps Developer

Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month)

As a DevOps Developer, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, focusing on developing and optimizing tools supporting Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment processes. You will play a crucial role in automating workflows, managing configurations, and collaborating closely with development, testing, and administration teams to ensure smooth software deployment and monitoring.

Your main responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and modify existing tools supporting CI/CD processes

• Automate repetitive tasks in the software development lifecycle
• Manage test and production environments
• Oversee software deployment to production environments
• Implement and maintain configuration management solutions
• Automate system monitoring and alerting processes
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and administrators
• Prepare environments for software deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively
• Optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Good command of the English language and ability to read technical documentation
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., C# or Java)
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration
• Strong interest in developing within the DevOps field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset
• Commitment to simplifying and automating tasks and processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with tools such as Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab, JIRA
