As a DLP Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, ensuring compliance with information security risk policies and standards. Your role named BIRO (Business Information Risk Officer) involves providing advice and guidance on cybersecurity risks, supporting various domains within Digital Business Services (DBS).

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the Global Exception Approval Request process for policy exceptions
• Provide security and risk advice to stakeholders as required
• Oversee responses to Data Leakage Protection (DLP) incidents
• Cascade security awareness and best practices, supporting Cyber Security Education & Awareness initiatives
• Facilitate a community of Deputy BIROs within the line of business/function
• Partner with Global Business/Function and regional Cybersecurity teams
• Support the implementation of Cyber Security maturity projects
• Undertake continuous improvement activities for the DBS BIRO team
• Support DBS on various information security domains outlined in the BIRO Standard Operating Procedures, including:
  • Cyber Security Risk Education and Awareness
  • End User Information Security
  • Third Party Security Controls
  • Physical Information Security
  • Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)
  • Cyber Security Risk & Control Assessments
  • Access Management

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and professional attitude, with flexibility and adaptability
• Confidence in taking responsibility and ownership for work and personal development
• Experience and/or certifications in information security and risk management
• Working knowledge of security/risk concepts and methodologies

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Fluent French
