As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization focused on delivering innovative technology solutions. You will play a vital role in enhancing their applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality features. This position involves not only developing robust software but also providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the team’s success. Your expertise will contribute to the client’s strategic vision while working within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyzing and capturing functional and non-functional requirements for projects
• Designing and implementing tools and features using test-driven development techniques
• Providing support for the team’s applications to users, including on-call duties
• Contributing to the strategic vision for the team’s development infrastructure
• Influencing and coaching less experienced colleagues and other teams
• Engaging actively with team members on development projects and discussions
• Following best software development practices to ensure high-quality products
• Resolving software-related issues promptly and efficiently

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Solid knowledge and experience with Python, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in designing and developing multi-tier and multi-layer applications
• Familiarity with creating observable systems
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as an effective team player
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery and demonstrated independence
• A proactive drive to develop and learn new skills continuously
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with modern software development methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
