As a Fullstack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, in their CF&O Shared Services (CFOSS) division. CFOSS aims to centralize platforms, services, and expertise required by multiple CF&O divisions to enhance workflow efficiencies, accelerate technology adoption, ensure data quality, and support analytics.

Your main responsibilities: Analyzing business needs and develop process workflows, data requirements, and specifications

• Creating technical specifications, designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans
• Managing end-to-end systems development cycles, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, UAT, and maintenance
• Exploring and implementing new technologies to meet project requirements

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders
• Proficiency in at least one compiled language (e.g., Java, C++)
• Experience with industry-standard frameworks and tools for full-stack development (e.g., React, SpringBoot, DropWizard, Maven, Web/RESTful service development)
• Knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design
