As an IFS Specialist, you will be working for our client, a prominent technology and infrastructure company. The client specializes in delivering innovative solutions across various domains, including finance and logistics. Your role involves configuring and optimizing the IFS system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, streamline workflows, and support critical business operations. As part of the team, you’ll contribute to the success of complex projects, both in a hybrid model and remotely.

Your main responsibilities: Customize and configure the IFS system to meet specific business requirements

• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement within the IFS platform
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data from various sources into the IFS system
• Train end-users on IFS functionalities and provide ongoing support
• Ensure timely system upgrades and resolve any technical issues
• Map business processes to IFS modules and recommend enhancements
• Conduct testing and validation to maintain data accuracy and system reliability
• Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and guidelines

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with IFS implementation and configuration
• Understanding of finance and logistics processes within IFS
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure accurate data entry and system integrity
• Thrive in a hybrid work environment and remote settings
• Experience with specific IFS modules(e.g., Financials, Logistic)
• Certification in IFS or related field
