Infrastructure Administrator

Warsaw/Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (1-2 days/month in the office).

As a Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security policies based on Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions. Our team ensures the integrity and security of our network infrastructure while addressing the ongoing needs of internal clients. You will configure network devices, manage documentation, and participate in equipment disposal and relocation processes.

Your main responsibilities: Implementing and maintaining security policies based on NGFW solutions

• Configuring network devices to ensure optimal performance and security
• Addressing the day-to-day needs of internal clients regarding network security
• Preparing and maintaining documentation related to network configurations and security policies
• Participating in equipment disposal and relocation processes

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking principles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal clients
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A quick learning ability and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Readiness to make independent decisions and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot network security issues effectively
• Availability to respond to network security incidents promptly
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with the JIRA ticketing system
• Experience working in the banking or financial sector
• Basic knowledge of NGFW solutions
• Experience configuring network devices
