iOS Developer

Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

As an iOS Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution that is transforming its digital capabilities through Open Banking. You will be part of a cross-functional team focused on building and enhancing an Open Banking SDK, improving development processes, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. Your role involves creating innovative solutions, maintaining a shared library across markets, and driving efficiency in engineering practices. Collaborating with developers, QA teams, and system architects, you will contribute to delivering robust and scalable mobile applications.

Your main responsibilities: Maintaining a shared library across different markets

  • Creating and introducing new functionalities, journeys, and extending available features
  • Consulting with development engineers, QA teams, business analysts, and system architects to resolve issues
  • Supporting and maintaining unit tests and UI automation
  • Actively attending scrum meetings
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices in iOS development
  • Enhancing and optimizing existing features for better performance
  • Implementing robust security measures in mobile applications
  • Improving and innovating Open Banking SDK capabilities
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and engineering practices

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proficiency in Swift programming language
  • Strong experience in Xcode, iOS SDK, and related development tools
  • Deep understanding of iOS components and UI design principles
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and networking in iOS
  • Familiarity with reactive programming, unidirectional data flow, and clean architecture patterns
  • Proficiency in unit testing and UI automation testing
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI
  • Familiarity with Git version control
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with accessibility support, deep and universal links handling
  • Understanding of running performance and metrics using Instruments
