As an IT Continuity & GRC Tooling Business Analyst you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services that is committed to strengthening its cybersecurity, IT risk management, and operational resilience across multiple international entities. You will join the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, collaborating closely with stakeholders to design, improve, and implement IT Continuity modules in ServiceNow. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring the protection, compliance, and resilience of the organization’s infrastructure in a rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape.
Your main responsibilities: Draft functional specifications for IT Continuity modules (ASC, IC Plan, Exercise) and cross-functional modules (Risk, Issues) in ServiceNow
- Collect needs from entities and track developments, evolutions, incidents, and remediation actions
- Provide functional support to users and manage debugging activities
- Formalize IT Continuity project specifications in Tableau
- Define screen layouts, business rules, and workflows aligned with resilience processes
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to assess technical feasibility
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT sessions for continuity tooling projects
- Monitor development progress and raise alerts in case of deviations
- Design and execute functional test plans and coordinate testing with end-users
- Create training materials and user guides to support adoption
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in IT Continuity, Resilience, or GRC tooling
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms for workflow and dashboard design
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices
- Fluent English for documentation and stakeholder communication
- Ability to present technical and functional concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
- Experience in functional testing and validation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in multicultural teams
