As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, on a transformative project aimed at enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Capturing, analyzing, and documenting business processes related to people activity
  • Tracking and managing core processes related to the management of Job Architecture for DAO
  • Participating in the design of solutions or change interventions
  • Engaging with several Technology operations teams to gather inputs, analyze, and document Epics and stories
  • Overseeing the build and testing of deliverables
  • Tracking progress, documenting status, and managing reporting
  • Assisting in the implementation of solutions
  • Supporting the Product Owner to evolve the product by improving the data quality and coverage across the system
  • Creating detailed analysis of attribute population, relationships between data points, and proposing ways to improve the quality of the data and strategies for validations/rules setup
  • Improving the quality of internal data by proposing additional system enhancements
  • Creating analyses of customer journeys and product functionality
  • Helping to define and track metrics and Performance Indicators for the product
  • Close collaboration with development and business teams
  • Managing the capture, analysis, and documentation of business processes
  • Designing solutions or change interventions related to people and operational management
  • Overseeing change management activities, including timeline planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Managing or collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
  • Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
  • Managing the implementation of solutions
  • Identifying risks, reporting on them, and devising interventions to mitigate risks
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Managing external service providers

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Demonstrable experience in data-related projects, including data governance, management, and data quality
  • 3 years of experience in business/data analysis roles on complex projects across multiple countries or regions
  • Technical aptitude to interact with and understand network technology, cyber, ETL, or similar technology teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex IT issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum basics, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Experience in budget management and forecasting
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, and monitor workflow
  • Ability to build and maintain global relationships
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices
  • Experience in working with external service providers
