As a Customer Journey Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital solutions dedicated to transforming user interactions and creating innovative onboarding experiences for mobile applications. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, focusing on onboarding processes for mobile apps.
• Develop innovative strategies to improve user retention, satisfaction, and overall experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine customer journey initiatives.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and enhance onboarding flows to maximize user adoption and engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
• Drive continuous innovation in customer experience strategies through data-driven insights.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in customer experience, UX, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in building customer journeys and onboarding processes for mobile applications.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in designing customer-centric strategies with a focus on usability and engagement.
• Good command of Polish and communicative proficiency in English.
• Ability to work remotely in a fully flexible capacity, with no restrictions on working from Warsaw.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in mobile app development or related technical skills.
• Certification or training in customer experience, UX design, or related areas.
