Cybersecurity Control Design Analyst

As a Cybersecurity Controls Design Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, on a project focused on maintaining and enhancing the Cybersecurity control environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity controls adhere to industry standards and best practices such as NIST 800-53
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define cybersecurity control measurements according to Client’s KCI Design Framework and industry best practices like CIS
• Working with Cybersecurity teams to ensure control compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and provide insights for management reports

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Expertise in Control Management and implementation, including translating complex IT concepts into business-friendly language
• Experience with Cybersecurity risks and controls, along with a technical background in information technology and network security
• Understanding of the Inherent/Residual risk concepts
• Proficient stakeholder management skills in an international environment, including communication with Cybersecurity leadership and resilience risk teams
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced corporate environments, handling IT or security issues at scale
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with industry best practices and frameworks in Information Technology
• Understanding of metrics and measures in managing risks and controls (KCIs, KRIs, KPIs)
• Experience with GRC tools and industry certifications in risk/technology/security
• Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, IBM OpenPages
