As a Financial Controller Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial reporting for our Client’s Lending business. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing financial transactions, and driving process improvements.

Your main responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls

• Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with business partners to understand financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive process optimization and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Participate in strategic projects to enhance the financial control framework

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong financial accounting background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in banking or SSC
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
