As an IAM Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial organization. In this role, you will support initiatives to elevate password complexity and strengthen password hygiene frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across a global IT environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze, manage, and address security gaps, offering expertise in IAM best practices while aligning tools and procedures to company policy. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful improvements within a robust cybersecurity program.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of password complexity and hygiene requirements against compliance standards
  • Supporting the IAM control owner in implementing password uplift initiatives across IT services
  • Identifying and remediating non-compliant password configurations to align with regulatory mandates
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across global business units to manage compliance efforts
  • Streamlining processes and procedures to improve IAM operational efficiency
  • Monitoring and reporting cybersecurity metrics and compliance dashboards for key stakeholders
  • Providing expertise in password-related IAM controls and auditing processes
  • Engaging in governance committees and aligning with IAM project managers on key initiatives
  • Responding to audit-related inquiries and ensuring regulatory standards are met
  • Adhering to compliance and risk controls, documenting control weaknesses, and reporting breaches

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and remediation program analysis
  • Strong skills in designing and executing operational processes for cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, global teams at multiple organizational levels
  • Experience managing audit, risk, and compliance relationships effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical IAM challenges
  • Proficiency in presentation and reporting, with tailored communication skills
  • Ability to make timely, well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in PRINCE2, CISSP, or CISM (preferred but not essential)
  • Independent and self-motivated work style with effective time management
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving security needs

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience managing risk and compliance in large-scale organizations
  • Previous involvement in global cybersecurity governance and control functions
