IAM Technology Project Manager

As the IAM Technology Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our client’s cutting-edge Identity and Access Management program. This strategic initiative is dedicated to revolutionizing the authentication experience for corporate users within our client’s institution.

Your main responsibilities: drive project delivery with a proactive attitude and contribute valuable insights to discussions

• Adapt seamlessly to evolving technologies and confidently engage in technical discussions
• Support Proof of Concept (PoC) and Pilot testing, actively contributing to the planning for the rollout of new corporate user authentication patterns
• Collaborate with the Architecture team on the design of production infrastructure
• Present project updates and achievements at stakeholder forums, ensuring effective communication of the project vision
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in modern authentication protocols, actively participating in discussions to resolve issues identified during implementations
• Conduct reviews with service owners, completing and reviewing technology assessments to determine the most suitable approach
• Plan and support the implementation of IAM Authentication
• Possess knowledge of FIDO standards and Passwordless Authentication technology, with a preference for hands-on experience
• Utilize Jira/Confluence and provide support in enhancing our use of these tools

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong general technical background with hands-on experience in delivering IAM and infrastructure projects
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various mediums
• Confidence in challenging discussions and presenting ideas that align with developing technology
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience working in financial services
• Knowledge and understanding of Passwordless technologies
• Familiarity with FIDO-based authentication
• Experience with EntraID/AzureAD
• Previous experience collaborating with global teams
