IAM Transformation Lead

Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work fully remotely!

As an IAM Transformation Lead, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, you’ll focus on enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for our internal customers. Your role is integral to the transformation of our global IAM function, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing the Transformation Roadmap to resolve conflicts and enhance customer experience
• Educating internal customers on IAM vision, strategy, and procedural changes
• Collaborating with stakeholders to drive IAM and PAM initiatives and influence working practices
• Leading specific transformation initiatives, removing blockers, and expediting strategic deliverables
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of IAM and PAM policies and procedures

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in leading IAM transformations, particularly influencing internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST and ISO27001
• Deep understanding of IAM and PAM technologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional team leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to staying current with evolving cybersecurity threats and trends

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in conducting training and awareness sessions
• Knowledge of large-scale program delivery and stakeholder management
