IFS Support Specialist (ERP)

Leverage your customer service experience and transition into an IFS Support Specialist!

Gdansk – based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office per week).

As an IFS Support Specialist (ERP) you will be working for our client, a leading company in the field of network solutions. In this role, you will join the new team responsible for providing first-line support for internal issues and service requests related to the IFS (ERP) system.

Your main responsibilities:

• Resolving incidents related to IFS (ERP system)
• Fulfilling service requests
• Monitoring the system on a daily basis

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Customer service experience
• Experience in a related field
• Familiarity with IFS or other ERP systems (an asset)
• Willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• Process-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
