As an IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing business intelligence capabilities and ensuring efficient IT service management. Your role will involve analyzing data, supporting end-users, and implementing IT solutions to optimize business processes. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a cutting-edge financial environment.

Your main responsibilities: Analyze business intelligence data to provide actionable insights

• Implement and maintain ITIL methodologies for IT service management
• Develop and optimize Excel spreadsheets using Visual Basic
• Visualize analytical data effectively for various stakeholders
• Provide end-user support to resolve IT-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes
• Organize and manage tasks systematically to meet project deadlines
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality standards in all IT projects

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence
• Proficiency in ITIL methodologies
• Advanced skills in Excel and Visual Basic
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to visualize analytical data effectively
• Experience in end-user support
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Systematic approach and strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new knowledge
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
