Become a Specialist in IT Support for a Top Banking Company!

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month) and two-shift system.

As an IT Support Specialist you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. You will be a key part of the IT support team, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various IT systems and software. This role requires excellent technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to resolve their IT-related issues. The client values continuous learning and development, and you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities: Provide technical support for MS Windows, MS365, Exchange, and other MS tools/software

  • Manage and troubleshoot computer systems and technical devices
  • Address issues related to internet technology, networking, mobile (Android), and security
  • Learn and apply new knowledge quickly and effectively
  • Communicate clearly with clients, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient support operations
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues
  • Participate in a rotating shift system to ensure support coverage

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS365, Exchange, and other MS tools/software
  • Advanced technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting computers and technical devices
  • Understanding of internet technology, networking, mobile (Android), and security issues
  • Ability to learn quickly and continuously expand your knowledge
  • Clear diction and a pleasant voice, with excellent client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift system

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with Jira Atlassian tools
  • Experience with graphic programs like Photoshop or Camtasia
  • Previous experience in customer service and user support
