As a Java Developer (Micro-services Programmer), you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia. This position requires a partial relocation to Saudi Arabia. The client is focused on leveraging micro-services architecture to enhance their banking systems and digital platforms. As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable and efficient micro-services solutions.

Your main responsibilities: Utilize Java, with a preference for Quarkus, to develop micro-services-based applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design robust solutions
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development
• Implement JMS, REST, and XML for seamless integration and communication between services
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation
• Apply knowledge of Openshift and containerization for deploying micro-services
• Utilize Elastic search for efficient and fast search functionalities

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language, with experience in Quarkus preferred
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development
• Expertise in JMS, REST, and XML for service integration and communication
• Proficiency in PL/SQL for database operations
• Knowledge of Openshift and containerization for deployment
• Experience with Elastic search for search functionalities
