Lead an Oracle CCB Team for one of the most successful Holding in the UAE

Relocation to Dubai will be necessary, with the capacity to travel to Poland regularly 

As a Lead Project Manager,  you will work for our client, one of the largest conglomerates in UAE. Our client has successfully ventured into a wide variety of fields such as Manufacturing, Contracting, Food Processing Hi-tech Engineering workshop, Printing etc. The group is associated with world’s leading manufactures and suppliers for agency and distribution of their product as also have techno-commercial tie-ups for manufacture of specialized products locally in UAE.

Your main responsibilities: Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring  technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, functionally leading the project and provide Technical guidance on areas to design, develop and implement the Oracle Application System. Ability to deliver in pressure
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

  • 10 Years of experience and out of this must have 8 years in Oracle CCB operation, implementations, Billing for utility company
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal  communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Project Leads should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
