As a Learning Analyst, you will be working for our client,  within the Cybersecurity – Strategy & Transformation – Cybersecurity Education & Awareness department. The client, a prominent global financial institution, is dedicated to safeguarding customers, systems, and colleagues from Cyber Threats while fostering growth securely. Your primary role entails defining and implementing cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives for Client’s colleagues in customer-facing or supplier management roles.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conducting diverse data analysis activities and collaborating with stakeholders to identify user needs and capability gaps
• Engaging with end users to understand their needs and behaviors for evaluating cybersecurity training requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and design training curriculums and awareness initiatives
• Supporting in piloting and testing new learning and awareness initiatives, documenting results and recommendations
• Assisting in the delivery and implementation of training and awareness activities, including stakeholder engagement and delivery partner management
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training and awareness methods, supporting the development of data models and visualization tools

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
• Experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activities, preferably with exposure to Design Thinking Approach
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders of varying seniority in a complex delivery environment
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization
• Fluent English,  strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Previous relevant business experience in customer or supplier support/relationship management
• Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA or CBAP)
• 3+ years industry experience as a Business/Learning Analyst
• Experience with project and task management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Monday.com
• Experience in educational, design, communication, or engagement fields
• Strong understanding of educational research and evaluation methods

It is a strong plus if you have:

• An ability to create engaging visual content and data visualizations to established neuroscience and psychology
