As a Mid-Level CRM Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital marketing solutions dedicated to creating cohesive, engaging CRM strategies that support client needs and meet ambitious business objectives across digital channels. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compelling CRM communication strategies aligned with client goals.
• Design and test tailored communication scenarios to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile environment to deliver seamless solutions.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Conduct training sessions on CRM communication tools and best practices.
• Use your understanding of customer business processes and product functionalities to enhance messaging.
• Manage and adapt communication content based on data insights and customer feedback.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM communication or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Experience Management or similar tools (basic level).
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of customer business processes and product features.
• Ability to design and implement communication scenarios and perform testing.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional certifications in digital marketing or CRM.
• Experience in training or coaching teams.
• Fluency in Polish and a good command of English.

Language Required for the role: Polish (good command), English (communicative).
