As a Mid-Level CRM Salesforce System Analyst – Banking Technology, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking industry focused on revolutionizing customer relationship management for corporate banking. Your expertise will support the development of a next-generation CRM system, streamlining workflows from lead management to credit transaction closures, and driving digital transformation within financial services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and design technical and business solutions, including business architecture, for advanced CRM processes.
• Integrate REST API technologies to enhance system interoperability and data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing CRM Salesforce functionalities.
• Utilize AsyncAPI protocols to facilitate asynchronous communication within the system.
• Support deployment and maintenance of RabbitMQ messaging solutions (basic knowledge preferred).
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM components and external systems.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to architectural improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related applications.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in system analysis or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of REST technology.
• Proven experience in developing architecture concepts for CRM solutions.
• Practical understanding of CRM Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with AsyncAPI protocols.
• Good command of Polish and a communicative level of English.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Basic knowledge of RabbitMQ messaging technology.
