Mid-Level Data Warehouse and ETL Developer – Oracle and Informatica Expert

As an IPC Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking dedicated to supporting complex financial environments through cutting-edge data warehousing and business intelligence solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of data warehouses and information systems tailored to business needs
• Develop and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to ensure high data quality and performance
• Design and maintain databases, reporting, and analytical data marts to support business intelligence initiatives
• Collaborate on the development of BI solutions, including analytical environments and dashboards
• Review and validate the quality of solutions delivered by team members, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and support deployment activities
• Support testing, validation, and software handover processes to production environments
• Participate in ongoing system improvements and technical innovation projects

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 6 months of experience designing, implementing, and deploying ETL solutions with Informatica PowerCenter
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing information systems within an Oracle database environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, data warehouse design, and analytical data marts
• Understanding of software engineering principles and development methodologies
• Good command of Polish language for professional communication
• Communicative level of English, capable of understanding technical documentation
• Eligibility to work in Europe

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Snowflake and Python
• Experience working with AI tools such as Claude or Codex
• Practical understanding of Big Data technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, or SVN
