Introduction
As a Mid-Level Vulnerability Management & Cybersecurity Operations Analyst, you will be working for an international IT company committed to safeguarding digital ecosystems. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing vulnerability remediation activities, enhancing operational workflows, and supporting cybersecurity excellence. This opportunity offers a platform for professional growth amid cutting-edge cybersecurity initiatives.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage Vulnerability Consolidation Service and oversee the Central Planning Platform operations.
- Review compliance reports, identify inaccuracies in timescales, and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize operational efficiency and automation.
- Act as primary communication and coordination point with Cybersecurity Engineering team, monitoring channels and triaging issues.
- Contribute to analysis and escalation workflows for urgent security incidents, providing clear reports using Power BI dashboards and related tools.
- Collaborate with Cyclical Patching teams to drive remediation planning and SLA adherence.
- Support global decommissioning processes with the CTO team.
- Manage and support operational and governance activities within the CSAT team, including meeting coordination.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or vulnerability management.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle, patch management, and risk assessment.
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), SQL, and data analysis.
- Experience working with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, and monitoring large datasets.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation concepts relevant to security workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent), with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work in Europe with valid work authorization.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Knowledge of API development and Python scripting.
- Experience with Power BI, Cyberport, Cyberflows, and cloud security platforms.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English (excellent command).
