As a PEGA Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leading financial dealing with operations and processes for millions of users.
You will be responsible for implementation of new application releases and troubleshooting in pre-production environments. You will be a huge support to the development teams.

Your main responsibilities: Work closely with the BizDevOps team in an agile setting

• Address incidents and problems promptly
• Protect the application by mitigating vulnerabilities
• Monitoring of Pega application
• Deploy new versions of the application
• Oversee Pega applications, analyze logs, and fix issues
• Resolve problems in both testing and live environments
• Install changes to the application using Pega’s deployment tool

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3-5 years experienced in Pega application support (Knowledge on PEGA Systems deployment, upgrades, license management)
• Pega certified CSA
• ITIL certified or candidate should complete ITIL foundation exam within 6 months after start date of CoA.
• Experience with agile work cultures
