As a PEGA Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial dealing with operations and processes for millions of users. You will be responsible for accurately translating business requirements into technical solutions. It will be crucial to deliver well-designed solutions based on Pega technology. Together with an international team, you will support the work of other users.

Your main responsibilities: Developing user stories within the PEGA application, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions

• Collaborating with an Agile team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
• Conducting code reviews to ensure high quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
• Documenting software development processes and solutions to maintain clarity for future maintenance and development
• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during development or after deployment
• Actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Deep understanding of PEGA tools and best practices, experience in PEGA PRPC, rules, case management and BPM concepts
• PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is required
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing PEGA applications
• Comfortable working in flexible project management styles, such as Scrum or Kanban, and using tools such as Jira
• Openness to leading other developers and managing PEGA projects effectively
• Practical experience in connecting different systems (integrations), using APIs and creating complex rules in PEGA
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people to ensure everyone understands the plan
• Managing code changes (using Git) and keeping the software up to date (CI/CD)
• Experience in performance tuning and optimisation of PEGA applications
