As a PL/SQL Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the IT industry dedicated to delivering cutting-edge software solutions. You will contribute to creating, maintaining, and optimizing complex database systems, supporting the development of efficient and scalable applications that drive digital transformation. Your main responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to meet business needs.
- Optimize SQL queries and database procedures to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, fine-tune, and enhance database performance through detailed analysis.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation to support system maintenance and future upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices with modern development tools.
- Support automation of deployment processes and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage AI tools to improve code quality and documentation efficiency.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL programming and Oracle database management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with development tools such as TOAD or PL/SQL Developer.
- Excellent command of English for technical documentation and communication.
- Ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and collaborate within a team.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience within the insurance industry processes.
- Knowledge of SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience with CICD deployment processes.
- Basic programming skills in Delphi (version 10 or higher).
Language Required for the role:
- Polish: Good command
- English: Fluent proficiency
